David Norman: Current serving as Mayor of Southend, South Essex Homes board member. Retired Trade Union Officer and Chair of Governors at Ruskin College Oxford.
Margaret Borton: Serves on Community Services Scrutiny Committee, Councillor since 2006. Works for DWP.
